Our policy is to dispatch confirmed orders by the following business day, subject to stock availability. 

If you need the items urgently, please contact us and we can upgrade your postage method. There will be an additional charge for this delivery dependent on the items ordered (i.e. weight).

Payment is debited from your card when your order is placed with The Dream Bag Australia & NZ. You will be contacted by email after you have placed your order.

Currently we ship to all Australian and NZ destinations.

The Dream Bag Australia & NZ sends all orders via Australia Post within Australia and Australia Post Air Mail International to NZ. 

Due to an increase in pricing from Australia Post, as of 15 May 2009 we have slightly increased our postage and handling cost. 

Postage and handling to all Australian destinations is charged at $12.50* for up to 4 bags then $2.00* for each additional bag ordered.

Postage and handling to all NZ destinations is charged at $15.00* for up to 2 bags then $5.00* for each additional bag ordered.
